The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Visitors to the website remain anonymous. Cookies are placed to facilitate tracking but we have no knowledge of who, specifically, is visiting the site. Tracking helps to determine site traffic and might be used in conjunction with other data to serve advertising at some point, although this is not currently the case.
- We invite visitors to sign-up for email updates. This information is stored by Mailchimp, and is used only for the delivery of emails to you. This information is not passed on to anyone else and is not currently used for any other purpose that delivery of updates. If this changes – for example – if we were to use it to send advertising messages, your own personal details would not be passed to advertisers. That said, we have no plans to promote advertising messages by email at any point in the near future.
We believe we meet the requirements under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We only gather your personal details through your consent – you sign in to an email subscription list. You can opt-out at nay time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email sent to you by us.

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
